Hungarians are very proud of their local wine production and we have some truly amazing wines. Did you know that one of our UNESCO World Heritage sights is actually a wine region called Tokaj, where the most famous Hungarian wine, the Aszú is made? In this relatively small country there are 22 different wine regions with different characteristics, soil and grape types which results in a wide variety of wines: white, rosé, red, dry or sweet - you name it, we have it! Let me be your guide during this 3-hour special experience and I will help you find your personal favourite! In this tour we would discover two charming wine bars, the first one on the Pest side than crossing over on the Chain bridge another one on the Buda side, trying six carefully selected wine specialties alongside some tasty cheese bites.
If you prefer to explore the countryside and do a wine tour at the famus wine regions of Eger or Etyek let me know! I am happy to organize you a customized tour for that as well!
